A288 - Establishes Hooked on Fishing-Not on Drugs Program in DEP and appropriates $200,000 therefor from Drug Enforcement and Demand Reduction Fund. Committee: Agriculture & Natural Resources.

A1152 - Prohibits the use of certain fishing gear on artificial reefs. Committee: Agriculture & Natural Resources.

A1398 - Mandates NICS check be the exculsive method law enforcement uses to determine whether an applicant is qualified to purchase and possess a firearm.. Committee: Law & Public Safety.

A1683 - Changes perimeter for bow and arrow hunting around occupied building. Committee: Agriculture & Natural Resources.

A713 - Dedicates $20 million annually in realty transfer fee revenues to pay for development, improvement, and repair of State parks, forest, recreation areas, historic sites, natural areas, and fish and wildlife areas. Committee: Agriculture & Natural Resources.

S349 - Establishes in DEP the Environment Science Review Board to review proposed envirnment regulations for consistency with science. Committee: Environment & Energy.

S1013 - Authorizes black bear hunting permits and permit fees, and clarifies Fish and Game council authority over bear hunting. Committee: Environment & Energy.

A933 - Establihes the "Firearm Automated Licensing System"; provides for an additional assessment fee for retail dealer licenses, handgun purchaser permits and firearm purchaser identification cards. Committee: Law & Public Safety.

S289 - Prohibits sale and possession of certian air-powered pellet guns; prohhibits fabricating and possession of certain altered firearms and toy guns. Committee: Law & Public Safety

A851 - Prohibits DEP from mandating public access to tidal waterfront areas adjacent to critical infrastructure or requiring the purchase or improvement of offsite locations for this purpose. Committee: Environment & Solid Waste

A1115 -Requires owner to immediately report loss or theft of firearm to police. Committee: Law & Public Safety.

S281  - Requires proof of firearms safety training as a condition for issuance of firearms purchase ID cards and permits to purchase handguns. Committee: Law & Public Safety

 S1167 - Increases membership of Fish and Game Council and clarifies it has sole authority to regulate freshwater fishing, hunting, and trapping. Committee: Environment & Energy.

AJR18 - Establishes the Saltwater Fisheries and Aquaculture Task Force. Committee: Agriculture & Natural Resources.

AR24 - Urges Congress to approve and President to sign into law"Flexibility in Rebuilding American Fisheries Act of 2008." Committee: Agriculture & Natural Resources.
